After decades of working inside and alongside leading organizations—whether in early stages, scaling, or well-established—we saw the same pattern: it’s not a lack of data—it’s a lack of action. Companies are overwhelmed by dashboards, hampered by scattershot deployment of technology, and increasingly lagging in safe, effective AI adoption. Strategy firms deliver slides.
